I began learning how to play guitar by watching an old Guns N’ Roses concert from 1993 on VHS. I followed every move that Slash made on his 1988 Gibson Les Paul Sunburst and took it from there. Slash, much like many rock guitarists grow their roots from Blues-men from years gone by and therefore to you will hear a lot of the Blues scales in their music.
